Wolcott Continues the Dominance
The 10th and Final stop of the 2007-08 season ended with a familiar result.  An emerging force on the amatuer circuit showed why he's the man to beat in the southeast.  Hendersonville, TN bowler Jim Wolcott won his 3rd title of the season as he capped off the RBT Finale winning the 1st Annual RealBowlers Championship in stellar fashion.  Jim qualified 8th after 8 games to cling the final match play position, he then won all his subsequent matches to advance to the championship match where he defeated Durham, NC native Brian Dennis.
Mr. Wolcott
has wowed the RBT with his incanny ability to make the right moves and adjustments at the right time, which propel him to victory in tough tournaments.  He has had an eventful season on the RealBowlers Tour and as we look forward to the future we know that any one looking to win a title will have to go thru Jim to do so.
The 1st Annual RealBowlers Championship took place Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008 at AMF Marietta Lanes in Marietta, GA.  This was the final event of the season as usual the best bowlers came out and competed.  The RealBowlers Staff delivered 1st class customer service and the bowlers in attendance appreciated it.  As we look to next season we are determined as ever to continue to bring you the very best in tournament bowling.
This event also concluded our RBOY points race and our winner is Jeff Shaw of Acworth, GA.  Jeff has been a model of consistency on the RBT as he has strung together good finishes event after event.  Winning RealBowler of the Year is a major accomplishment and we would like to congratulate Jeff on this commendable feat.  Congrats Jeff Shaw!!! Thank you for supporting the Real Bowlers Tour
